Sony Led tv one of the  major error 3 times led blinking ,its should happen and depend on mother board and software error ,30% of the issue wil be resolved by troubleshot ,and the 70% of case need to replace mother board or repair it ,some volts missing cases,only happend sony led tv,other branded tvs,this error code not applicable

inverter Ic 2nd pin cut and resolve the issue,or 31st pin ground to use 10K re-jester   after  the step if u problem not resolved ..need to replace backlight only
